You don’t need to deep-clean beforehand. A light declutter helps us clean faster and better: clear counters and tabletops, pick up floor clutter, and move small items off surfaces you want cleaned. You do not need to remove rugs or rearrange furniture unless you want floors under them cleaned — just tell us, and we’ll work around anything that stays put. Secure pets if needed, and make sure we have entry access (door code, lockbox, or someone home). If something special matters that day, text us ahead and we’ll note it for the team.
